I do draw fast, because I simplify and stylize. But I also take a lot of breaks (because I don't want to overwork myself) and send a few wips for feedback (to see if I'm on the right track).

So, my best guess it's between 30 minutes to couple of hours, depending on the complexity (sketches and booty shots go faster), spent on the actual drawing. In the real time it's between days and weeks.

And you're doing a good job. You have that cool combo of cartoon and painterly details and shading I'm not able to do, so I envy you back :) So, don't worry about the speed, just focus on art and entertaining you and others.
